Paul is a Managing Director at BrightHouse, a global creative consultancy and an independent division of The Boston Consulting Group, where he is advancing our design thinking and branding capabilities.
Paul has helped established brands break through and new brands find differentiated positioning. Paul previously served as Managing Partner at a boutique branding agency in New York where he built digital and brand strategy capabilities around a core design-driven philosophy, while focusing on financial, professional services, hospitality, and technology companies.
Originally trained as a designer, the quest to uncover why organizations exist began with personality, but grew to encompass deeper and deeper strategic imperatives, leading naturally to Purpose. He has worked across industries with globally recognized brands such as Canon, Google, Nissan, Mandarin Oriental, Morgan Stanley and Boston Consulting Group.
Paul studied Psychology, Philosophy, and Graphic Design at Brown University and enjoys spending time with his wife, Italian greyhounds and LEGO bricks.
